Renting in Holiday Condominium
All prospective adult occupants seeing a rental of 90 days or more must submit to a background check.
After signing a lease, renters must provide their contact information to park management.
Renters must check in whenever they are in residence in Holiday Condo.
Purchasing in Holiday Condominium
Prospective purchasers must submit to a background check if they are not currently owners in Holiday Condominium.
After closing, new owners must provide their contact information to park management (inclusive of opting in/out of the directory).
